Advanced Hydraulic System
High-pressure, large-flow, four-pump four-circuit hydraulic system, with a cleanliness of NAS Level-7, which is higher than competitive brands and higher than industrial standards.
Improved Key Structural Members
The working device and underframe are reinforced, and the service life of structural parts is designed to be more than 10,000 hours. Key supporting parts are made of an integral casting and forging structure, with an average stress level of over 10% lower than competitor H booms and over 15% lower stress on the bucket rod. With the large box-type double-support slewing platform, its carrying capacity is increased by 35%.
Prolonged Service Life
We have the only endurance test system for excavator parts in China, and through joint research with world-famous research institutions, research on the service life of parts is carried out to improve the service life of core parts. As a result, the service life of our components including pumps, valves, oil cylinders, retarders, fuel tanks, cabs and more is double the norm.
Efficiency & Productivity
High Efficiency & Low Fuel Consumption
The ICT-integrated control technology mainly includes E-P, P-V, FD and ECA technologies. This includes matching technology for the engine and main pump, between the main pump and main valve, flow distribution technology, electronic control auxiliary technology, swing arm unpowered lowering technology, and independent oil and water radiation control. The efficiency of the machine is equivalent to that of competitor products, but fuel consumption is reduced by 5-13%.
High Excavating Force
By means of real-time power adjustments in the excavation process and analysis of the excavation force map under all working conditions, excavation force can be brought into full play, improving efficiency by 40%. The green curve in the following figure shows the full play of excavation efficiency, while the red one shows partial play. The excavation force play rate in the following figure reaches 90% (ONLY available in the SY870H, SY980H & SY1250H).

Adaptability
Independent Oil Radiating System
Heat radiation efficiency is increased by 20%, the working temperature of the system is reduced by 8-10°C compared with that of other excavators, adaptability to high-heat environments is greatly improved, the service life of rubber parts is increased by 30% and the energy savings rate is 30% higher than that of an integral heat radiation system.
Automobile-Grade Intelligent Cab
The cab, air conditioner and seat have been upgraded, providing a better seal, improved cab cooling, adjustable inclination angle and seat depth, a new seat cushion and a more comfortable mechanical waist support.
Enhanced Cab Safety
To meet the FOPS requirements, safety has been increased by 30% compared with standard cabs, with a top protective screen, an emergency stop switch and a brand-new anti-slip cover plate. Along with the standard rearview camera and alarm lamp, the operating safety of the equipment is further improved for mining work.

Convenient Maintenance
Thanks to simulated harsh mining working conditions, we have improved the design and accessibility of maintainable parts. The maintenance space for various maintainable parts has been increased by 20-30%, making maintenance easier.
EEVIA System
Our machines are equipped with the EEVIA system independently developed by SANY. SANY has established a four-dimensional construction management system of factory-agent-owner-operator-in-one for the purposes of minimizing mine construction management costs and risks and maximizing efficiency.

SANY® 300-ton SY2600E
SANY’s largest crawler excavator, the 300-ton SY2600E electric-drive front shovel super digging machine, officially rolled off the production line. It is 15 meters long and 8 meters or three stories high, and has an 8-pump, 3-valve fully electronic control system and a bucket capacity of 15 cubic meters that can dig up about 20 tons of earth and stone at a time.
