SANY truck cranes are equipped with an adjustable hydraulic system, which consists of hydraulic system load feedback, constant power control, a plunger pump and an electrically controlled main valve, featuring high efficiency, low energy consumption and good maneuverability.
Superior Boom System
The max. length of the fully extended boom of SANY truck cranes is up to 75.5 m, the max. lifting height is 102.5 m, and the max. lifting moment is as high as 5,145 kN·m at basic boom length and 2,234 kN·m at fully extended boom length - tougher than other brands.
Adjustable Counterweight Technology
SANY’s proprietary adjustable counterweight technology with a CW lifting cylinder is installed on the swing body, and the swing body can rotate 90° around the axis. Therefore, the CW lifting cylinder can move 550 mm back and forth, and the rotation of the swing body can be performed by a single person. The telescopic function of the CW cylinder can be remotely controlled, saving time and improving work efficiency. (Available for certain models)
Double Pump Intelligent Flow Distribution System
SANY truck cranes have a double pump intelligent flow distribution system for independent luffing and confluent telescoping with a 50% increase in stability. The electronically controlled system can reduce energy costs by 15% and improve heavy load operation efficiency by 30%. The min. winch single rope speed is less than 1.5 m/min, and the min. stable slewing speed is less than 0.1°/s, making precision at the mm level possible.
Operator Friendly Cab
The cab is ergonomically designed for convenience, comfort and safety and is tiltable from 0-20°. The skylight, adjustable seat, air conditioning and electric windshield wiper make operating the crane more comfortable.
Integrated Remote Control
The remote control panel integrates outrigger telescoping, counterweight lifting, turntable slewing, jib deployment, cab side step telescoping and one-key leveling, making operation simpler and more convenient. (Available for certain models)
